Great Pay:
With Bodnar Film Co Lead Shooters start out at $80 per hour and second shooters start at $60 per hour. It is a great way to make extra cash on the weekends or you can build up to making it a full time gig! Standard wedding day hours are 8-10 hours That's $480-$800 in ONE DAY! |

Wedding Associate Shooters (Photo + Video)
Role/Responsibilities:
We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are interested in joining the Bodnar Film Co wedding team. Individuals will shoot photo or video for us on wedding days representing our brand while learning more about the wedding industry. Associates will be a part of a positive team focused atmosphere that provides great quality services to couples who are getting married. Associates will work to capture key moments on the wedding day to help create beautiful photos and films for Bodnar Film Co couples.
Requirements:
Lead shooters - photo + video
- Must have prior experience lead shooting weddings
- Effectively communicate and work with other photo and video teams (if present) on the day of the wedding
- Ability to position and prompt couples, bridal party, and family during designated photo/video time
- Guide and direct second shooter to time sensitive tasks
- Video: understand how to use audio equipment and communicate with DJ throughout the wedding day, able to maneuver lighting equipment for darkly lit ceremonies/reception spaces
- Photo: understand how to use on camera flash for darkly lit ceremonies/reception spaces
Second shooters - photo + video
- Must have prior experience second shooting weddings
- Effectively communicate and work with other photo and video teams (if present) on the day of the wedding
- Ability to step in and assist lead shooter when necessary
- Ability to lead bridal party/couple/bride and groom individually whenever lead shooter is busy
- Video: understand how to use audio equipment and communicate with DJ throughout the wedding day, able to maneuver lighting equipment for darkly lit ceremonies/reception spaces
- Photo: understand how to use on camera flash for darkly lit ceremonies/reception spaces
All shooters MUST:
- Have a reliable form of transportation
- Provide your own camera gear on wedding days
- Be available for training during 2023 wedding season
- Be available to take on multiple weddings during 2024 season
- Be available as a back up shooter as needed
